:-) сразу вспомнилось, что когда мне нужно было переводить много документов для визы, я писала примерно первым стилем, а потом Дэвид их переделывал и получалось прямо как во втором письме.

а мне знакомая девушка-австрийка, которая уже год здесь работает, говорила, что до сих пор не может привыкнуть к такому стилю общения. Говорит, что ее так и подмывает сказать: "говорите прямо, чего вы хотите" :)
